This fun, high-energy group class is scientifically designed to boost your metabolism and burn fat. We focus on form and work with a wide variety of both functional and traditional training equipment. Every workout is different so your body will always be guessing. Get out of your normal routine and try something new.

A fitness class that is true to the art of boxing. You will learn to punch and train like a boxer using cardio and boxing intervals such as jump ropes, medicine balls, partner focus mitts, punch drills, and shadow-boxing. A fast-paced and easy to follow full-body workout.

Every Friday is partner day! Bring your own or meet a new friend. The music is loud, the environment is fun, and we like to hi-five...a lot! We use a variety of interactive drills for a full-body workout that focuses on strength, balance, agility and power. Be prepared to take-on whatever the weekend throws at you.

Fitness is a life-long journey. It’s about getting results in a fun, safe and progressive environment. It’s about like-minded people coming together and sharing a bonding experience. I believe exercise should be just like recess used to be—the most fun and anticipated part of the day.
