Semi Private Training4 weeks of semi-private training for $299*This is the most popular choice for the results-oriented person who wants to get strong and fit within a smaller, more private setting. I guarantee a client-to-coach ratio of no more than 2:1. All of my clients receive a customized strength training program based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment. The semi-private setting provides a fun, motivating environment that allows each client to meet new people and develop strong friendships with those with whom they train.
