Small Group Lessons

If you’re new to the sport of stand up paddle boarding then our small group lessons are perfect for you. Our coaching staff provides a fun and motivating environment that will get you standing in under an hour. No previous experience necessary – all are welcome. Come get your stoke on!

Open Paddle

Reserve your board and come on out to work on your paddling technique (or maybe just your suntan). Either way, we’ll make sure you have the right gear and you know how to use it. We offer a quick complimentary lesson that will make your paddling experience the best it can be.

Land/Sea Workouts

Each 90-minute session combines a challenging land-based whole-body strength and conditioning circuit with a stand-up paddleboard workout focused on improving agility, balance, strength, and technique. Classes have been carefully designed for all levels of fitness and our small group setting provides a fun and motivating environment. This is a fantastic way to try something new and get in shape for the summer.

Private Event Rentals

Take your next event to another level with SUP Strength’s mobile fleet rental service! We make stand-up paddle boarding convenient and affordable by bringing all the necessary equipment to the drop-in spot of your choosing.* To ensure that you and your guests fully capture the stoke, we’ll throw-in a complimentary lesson for beginners. Our fleet rentals are perfect for corporate team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or simply because you want to make the best of a summer’s day.

I believe exercise should be just like recess used to be—the most fun and anticipated part of the day.
