Semi-Private Personal Training

The Semi-Private Personal Training option is perfect for the person who wants to get strong and fit in a smaller group setting. I guarantee a client-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1. The semi-private setting provides a fun and motivating environment that allows each client to meet new people and develop strong friendships through fitness.
